CHANDLER RAPSON
Co-Founder + Partner
Chandler is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RainMaker Capital Funding, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare and healthcare technology. The company has its own fund and often acts as a lead investor while connecting family funds and high net worth individuals to targeted investment opportunities. His experience extends across the healthcare spectrum and includes building proprietary software, risk adjustment, health plan administration, government programs, electronic health records and network development. He has a track record of helping companies achieve significantly higher valuations within compressed timeframes.
JOHN EULIANO
Co-Founder +Â Partner
John has over 25 years of executive experience in proprietary postsecondary education. After serving as Senior Vice President of Florida Technical College and overseeing its growth to 4 locations and 1000 students, John founded Southern Technical College and served as its President for 12 years. Within 7 years the College had expanded to 6 locations and nearly 1300 students. In addition to being the President and Chief Operating Officer of his schools, John was also the Chairman of the Board for a postsecondary accrediting organization located in Washington D.C. Following the successful sale of his schools to a private equity group, John now serves on many different Boards and is invested in companies in the industries of education, financial technology, gaming, and health care.
DERRICK RAGLAND

Derrick Ragland, a 30-year veteran of the banking industry, is the former President of Commercial Banking at an $8B national bank, which operates in 18 states. Prior to joining his current bank in 2015, he was the National Head of Middle Market Banking for HSBC Bank, a $2.7 trillion dollar institution, serving the financial needs of international companies with revenues between $50M and $1B. Previously, Mr. Ragland spent two years as the Global Head of Business Banking, based in Hong Kong. In this capacity, he was responsible for HSBC's Business Banking operations in 65 countries with over $200B in loans and deposits. He established the strategy, executed a change management program, and implemented a global proposition for the Company's 3,000,000+ Business Banking clients. Before moving to Hong Kong he was HSBC's North America Head of Business Banking covering the United States, Canada, and Bermuda. The first 17 years of his career were spent in Commercial Banking at SunTrust where he worked in a variety of roles predominately in middle market banking.
